They are addressing an evident need within the industry as there are estimated losses of $2 billion per annum resulting from interchain insecurities, and the sheer prominence of hacking.
As their first managerial hire you would be:
- Leading and mentoring a team of talented engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high-performance.
- Help to scale the team by identifying leads, screening, and interviewing candidates for their technical skillset and cultural fit.
- Helping out as an individual contributor when called upon, this will be particularly important with hands-on responsibilities (Rust and/or Solidity preferred).
