Tasks
As the Chief Web3 Business Expansion, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with partners worldwide, with a specific focus on blockchain companies.
Your responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, identifying potential markets, setting reasonable targets, and implementing growth strategies to ensure the foundation’s continued success.
- Manage relationships with customers to maintain overall customer health and growth;
- Understands the potential market and defines reasonable targets to validate opportunities;
- Advance strategic relationships, develop partnership models and direct implementation of proactive and response growth tactics.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of business development experience, with a proven track record of success in business-to-business sales and strategic partnerships that drive substantial increases in earned income.
- Experience in building and leading teams from scratch, ensuring a cohesive and efficient working environment.
- Excellent communication, writing, and public speaking skills, allowing you to effectively convey our foundation’s mission and value to potential partners.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills, enabling you to close deals that foster win-win situations for all parties involved.
- Strong technical acumen and experience in highly technical B2B sales, preferably within the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries.
