Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole
- Organizing and Training for newly employed and existing Agent Supervisors
- Conducting Market research and analysis and developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting to senior managers
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- POS Agent Daily report Analysis and action
- Allocate Sales Managers and Agent Supervisors to prospective area based on data analyst feedback
- Collate BDM daily report
- Go on the field minimum twice a week with AS or SM to do competitors survey and visit our agents.
- Collect issues and find solutions.
Requirements
To be an City Manager, you’ll need to have:
- BSc. In Business Administration or any related field
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Area/City/Regional Sales Manager
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good business sense
- The ability to motivate and lead a team
- Initiative and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and ‘people skills’
- Good planning and organizational skills
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- Good IT, budget and report writing skills
- Must be proficient in using MS Office packages (Especially Excel)
