The successful candidate will be working in the “Developer Ecosystem” team whose mission is to create a welcoming and helpful community of developers and guide them build successful DeFi applications – applications that will revolutionise the financial system!
With a rapidly growing global community of developers, brand advocates and users, it should come as no surprise that the Developer Ecosystem team at RDX Works (the core development team behind the ) is growing quickly and has some ambitious goals for 2023.
You will start by becoming an expert and key person of contact in the Radix Ecosystem. Armed with this knowledge and a passion to support entrepreneurs building on Radix, you will ensure that no question goes unanswered, that the Radix ecosystem channels are places of learning and fun, and you will also learn and report on wider Web3 and crypto trends. You will be expected to be a consistent and respected presence on multiple channels of ecosystem interaction, on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and Twitter.
You will also be taking part in developer events, conferences and webinars where you will have the opportunity to interact with our community and present Radix in various settings.
What are we looking for?
- You are a crypto native, familiar with crypto and DeFi ecosystems and why they matters
- You thrive on people, drawing energy from connecting, engaging, understanding needs, and helping them be successful with whatever excites them
- You are comfortable working across teams and with internal partners to help educate
What do you need?
- Experience within the crypto space and actively engaged in a crypto community
- Familiar with CRM management (Hubspot or similar)
- Familiar with developers and development workflows, empathy for the developer journey (don’t worry, you don’t need to be a developer!)
- You know what Github and how developers use it
- Comfortable speaking in public and a natural networker
- Experience creating activity reports and data analysis
Nice to haves:
- Experience with entrepreneurship or accelerator/grants programs
- Online community moderation experience
- Comfortable with presenting during webinars, live Q&As and at meetups
- Current Radix community members are welcomed!
