We have an immediate opening for a Regional Facility Manager, working 40+ hours, Monday through Friday, These positions will be a 30 Day Temp-to-Hire while training giving you the opportunity to learn about the facility and get to know your co-workers to ensure it is a good fit for both YOU & Sabre56.

Sabre 56 (S56) operates as the premier Project Management Consultancy firm in the cryptocurrency mining space, developing projects across the US, Canada, Norway and the Middle East, consulting on over 700Mw worth of projects from inception to operation. Having delivered facilities for clients globally, Sabre 56 is now designing, building and operating its own facilities across the US and Canada.
With headquarters in Dubai and regional offices in Toronto and New York, S56 is expanding its operational network across select locations in the United States and Canada, requiring a number of staff to help fulfil our vision.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the site mining operations team, a 24×7 operation, to achieve operational excellence and compliance.
- Hire, onboard, develop and manage a talented Site Operations team. Provide coaching and feedback to all team members to help them achieve their professional responsibilities and goals.
- Oversee asset Lifecycle Management from arrival to Data Center to RMA retirement.
- Oversee Safety Training to continuously educate & evolve the team, ensuring employees follow safety rules and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate repairs of equipment.
- Ensure employees are trained and understand how to complete the jobs they are performing
- Perform maintenance of the miner facilities, network device, and cooling system on site, to ensure a stable operation of the facilities. Tasks include configuration, deployment, and dealing with emergencies like blackouts, netsplit, partial overheating, etc.
- Troubleshoot & repair production and facility equipment according to safety practices.
- Assist in the recording and calculation of the assets on site, to ensure the asset security.
Make various types of reports, including reports on operations & maintenance as well as assets.
- Analyze the needs and challenges in the site’s operations, and make proposals to increase the efficiency of its operations.
- Make technical summaries on the operations team, and update the knowledge database incorporating actual examples.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 PER YEAR
