The firm’s Family Law department advise clients on all aspects of family matters including children’s disputes; cohabitation; cryptocurrency assets on divorce, including advice on valuing and tracing crypto assets; divorce proceedings; emergency action (domestic violence and asset freezing injunctions); financial disputes (family businesses, pensions, tax and trusts relating to family law); mediation and other forms of ADR; pre and post nuptial agreements; same sex relationships; and separation. The are committed to resolving disputes in a non-confrontational way, and use mediation and ADR wherever possible. Cases are often HNW and involve multi-jurisdictional aspects.
The team are now seeking a senior Family Solicitor to join their team to assist in the development of the practice. As part of the role, you can expect to advise on a variety of family matters, such as those mentioned above for a wide array of clients. You will also have a pivotal role in the development of the practice, thus, must have a keen interest in business development. The ideal candidate will be at least 5 years’ PQE and have excellent experience advising on a full range of family law matters and able to demonstrate strong track record for business development.
