Job description: My client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join their team as the Head of Engineering. Additionally, you will oversee solution architectures and technical designs to ensure consistent and robust solutions that meet non-functional requirements, including security, scalability, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience as a software developer, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and a strategic mindset. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field will be advantageous, along with familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
Additionally, experience as a hands-on software engineer on a large-scale project or at a blockchain company will be highly valued. Holding an Azure or AWS Solution Architect certification would be a plus.
