Our client, a forward-thinking DeFi startup, is actively seeking a Lead Engineer/Engineering Manager to join their team. This is a full-time role with global remote work options.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the R&D team, driving innovation in the DeFi space.
- Collaborate on the development of cutting-edge solutions.
- Utilise your skills in Golang, AWS, DeFi primitives, Blockchain, and more to shape the company’s technical vision.
Required:
- Proven experience in Golang and a strong understanding of Cosmos.
- Previous leadership or management experience in a technical role.
- Passion for blockchain, DeFi, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
