With AI and Web3 gaining further traction to become the new normal, our current fund of funds will provide risk-managed exposure to this rapidly growing asset class through a diversified portfolio focused on early-stage investments in AI and Web3 technology/companies.
Each fund will be dedicated to and focused on a specific asset class/technology in the AI and Web3 space.

We are now seeking a Private Equity Principal / Director Investments to join us and expand our team.
Requirements
About You:
Please only apply if you have a Minimum of 10 years’ working experience in investments, of which a minimum of 5 years is working experience in VC Firms, PE firms, or Fund of Funds.
Please note that board member positions, advisory roles, investment in a fund/venture, or freelance positions do not count, and should not be included. We will only consider candidates with full-time employment experience within a VC firm, PE firm, or FOF firm.
Essential Experience:
- Demonstrable investment experience in Private Equity or Venture Capital.
- A proven track record of investing in AI, Web3, or Fintech as a VC/PE or FOF VC.
- Minimum 10 years’ working experience in investments from which minimum of 5 years working experience in VC/PE Firms or Fund of Funds.
- Minimum 3 years as a Principal/Director, also in a VC/PE Firm or FOF VC.
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment and work independently with deadlines requiring a quick turnaround.
- Demonstrable ability to independently source deal flow.
- A good understanding and practical experience of AI, Web3, or Fintech.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Must have strong intellectual curiosity, an entrepreneurial spirit.
Core Responsibilities:
As a Private Equity Principal / Director Investments, you will be working directly with and supporting the CIO of the fund. This is a senior role, and your main responsibilities will include validating the investment opportunities proposed by the rest of the team, reviewing/discussing them with the CIO, and presenting your findings to the entire Investment Committee.
The opportunity to grow within this role and become a partner in the firm within short timeframe is a strong possibility for the right candidate.
- You will be a key member of the principal investment team, focusing on a broad range of activities to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct sourcing, investment research, due diligence, and analysis of potential investments and develop investment recommendations.
- The role also includes advocating for operational and process changes to move towards a more data driven organisational paradigm.
- Financial analysis and modelling of potential investments, and lead the due diligence process for potential investments from start to finish.
- Work with our researchers and analysts to verify the best opportunities.
- Develop deep understanding and working knowledge of AI and Web3 to support research analysis.
- Stay up-to-date on development within the industry.
- Provide forward-looking views with a high degree of transparency to Senior Leadership Team and other stakeholders.
