As fans prepare for a new season, Premier League organizers have decided to make the talk between referees and VAR public.

Fans have often raised concerns about in-game decisions made by VAR and referees and Premier League organizers have decided to make the talks and talks available after each game in the 2022/2023 season.

Premier League chief executive Richard Masters revealed that this decision was made because:

There is a general view that [releasing the audio] is a good thing. There’s a desire to be more open with the fans about the referee’s decision making and how exactly we do that we need to work out.”
