- We are seeking a Reservation Agent/Officer to join our reservations team.
- The Reservation Agent/Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient booking process for our guests.

- Manage all aspects of guest reservations, including booking accommodations, transportation, and special requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the reservation process.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our property’s amenities, rates, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Utilize reservation systems and databases to input, modify, and confirm reservations.
- Keep records of guest interactions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote special offers and packages.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences.
- Monitor and manage room availability and occupancy to maximize revenue and optimize room allocation.
- Process reservation payments and deposits accurately.
- Generate reports related to reservations and occupancy as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide recommendations for pricing strategies and occupancy optimization.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in reservation and property management systems (PMS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and services is advantageous.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
