Job description: Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with talented team of blockchain engineers to design and implement core functionalities of blockchain protocol using Rust.
- Develop and optimize high-performance, secure, and scalable Rust-based applications for blockchain ecosystem.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Work on improving consensus algorithms, cryptographic components, and protocol enhancements.
- Debug and resolve complex technical challenges in a distributed and decentralized environment.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Rust and blockchain technology and apply them to enhance our projects.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Rust programming language, with a deep understanding of its unique characteristics and memory safety.
- Prior experience in blockchain development and a solid grasp of blockchain concepts, cryptographic principles, and consensus algorithms.
- Familiarity with smart contract development on platforms like Ethereum, Polkadot, or others.
- Knowledge of networking protocols, peer-to-peer communication, and distributed systems.
- Experience with version control using Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Bonus Skills :
- Contributions to open-source blockchain or Rust projects.
- Familiarity with Web3 libraries and blockchain APIs.
- Understanding of other programming languages such as Solidity, Go, or C++.
- Experience with DevOps practices and containerization technologies like Docker.
