Role description:
We are seeking a Game Changer iGaming Recruiter! You enjoy a mission-driven, fast paced environment where the work you put in daily directly impacts the growth of a cutting edge, trailblazing company. You have a proven track record of success hiring senior and hard to place candidates and are highly capable of working autonomously. You can run a smooth well organized end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, qualifying and closing candidates to add value to our already strong teams. You are organized, driven and eager to work with A-players.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify, source, screen and close top-tier iGaming talents
- Utilize recruiting tools such as Linkedin, Google, Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms to identify talent for position requirements
- Work directly with executive-level hiring managers to coordinate all aspects of an end-to-end talent search
- Full management of jobs allocated to you; from understanding the role from the hiring manager to interviewing and aiding in decision making
- Collaborate with the team and work toward making the hiring process more effective & quicker
- Recruit and hire the future leaders of Finixio
- Provide weekly updates to the Talent Manager/Head of Recruitment on the recruitment pipeline
Your Skills:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience within the iGaming/ Affiliate industry
- Able to build and manage strong and lasting relationships with senior candidates and executives
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing senior candidates autonomously, including “hard to fill” roles
- Metrics and processes focused as a means to generating repeatable success
- Ability to pick up new systems and technology quickly if you don’t know it already (e.g., google docs, google drive, applicant tracking systems)
