Job description: Fractional Gallery is looking for junior brokers, to join and vibrant team. No experience needed, just passion, drive and ambition, and a good phone voice. For the right candidates you will be trained in all aspects of sales and marketing in alternative investment in art. We are offering a game change way for investors to buy are and you can be part of this. You will be generating leads for the senior brokers, with the training to get you to that position as well. Just so long as you are motivated, willing to learn, not LOVE learning and want to make money, We have over 50 years of combined experience in art and sales, so you are going to be in good hands. We are based in London, with more office space and a new gallery coming in 2024. There is the chance for the right brokers to move quickly into closing roles. You do not need experience in art, just passion to learn, as full training is given. The Opportunity: Entry level position, speaking to clients that have registered via our market campaigns. You will learn on the job, with the opportunity for rapid advancement within the company, we are looking for brokers that want a career. Be focused Role and Responsibilities:Making calls to clients all day every day, this is phone based to start with and you will be trained to deal with clients face to face at live exhibitions and in the gallery. Understand how the company is run and how fractional art works.Have a passion for the company, we are forward thinking so an interest in WEB3 and blockchain as well. Day to Day Monday to Friday finishing at 15.00 on a Friday with a mixture of hours the rest of the week. You must be presentable in appearance and attitude.This is a phone-based role, you will be making a lot of calls!
